SECURITY SCREEN SPECIFICATIONS
#500 SERIES

A. Main Frame: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, 1.390" Wide x 1.190" Height, .060 wall thickness.

B. Corner Gussets: Shall be .375 solid aluminum or welded corners.

C. Spreader Bar: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, 1.250" x .520" with .060 wall thickness.

D. Wire Mesh: Stainless steel with natural or painted finish or perforated with powder coat paint.

E. Anchor Bar: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, 1.00" wide x .060 wall thickness. Screws not to exceed 4" apart.

F. Hinge: Aluminum .050 wall thickness with .120 pin diameter. Can be used as a top hinge, center hinge or no hinge.

G. Latches: Stainless steel barrel bolt latches or optional single point release latch.

H. Weatherstripping: Wool Pile on all main frame extrusions.

I. Finish: Mill Finish, Bronze, White or special color upon request.
