SECURITY SCREEN SPECIFICATIONS
WDW-63 SUB-FRAME & WDW-64 MAIN FRAME

MATERIALS

A. Sub-Frame: Solid "L" shape .750" x 2.375" x .062 wall thickness, designed with extruded screw ports. (2) #8 x 7/8 screws per corner, minimum 2" between wire and glass.

B. Main Frame: To be extruded aluminum 6063-T5 hollow "L" shape with leg configuration, 1.638" x .966" x .400" x .062 wall thickness. (.075 wall thickness for assembley screws.)

C. Corner Gussets: Solid .250 aluminum mechanically stamped to main frame for squareness and prevent racking of screen frame.

D. Wire Mesh: Is held in place by extruded cover plate 1.00" wide x .062 thick with (2) 60 degree x .015 tension grips, screws not to exceed more than 4" apart.

E. Stainless Steel Wire: T-304 12 mesh .028, 12 mesh .023 or 16 mesh .018 natural finish Black, bronze or white powder coat optional.

F. Center Hinge: All Screens .050 thick x .120 pin diameter, aluminum piano hinge (stainless steel piano hinge available upon request.)

G. TAPCO'S SPR-200: Cam operated single point release latch with latch shield.

H. Finish: Mill Finish, Bronze, White, Special finish upon request.
