SPECIFICATIONS FOR
#400-HD FULLVIEW SCREEN DOOR

A. Main Frame: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness, 2.50" x 1.25" with mitered corners.

B. Corner Gussets: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5.

C. Horizontal Cross Bar: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .092 wall thickness 2.50" wide x 1.092" thick.

D. Hinges: (6) 4" hinges with oilite bushings.

E. Z-Bar Frame: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness.

F. Expander: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness with door sweep.

G. Screen Frame: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness, .966" x 1.390".

H. Flat Bar With Vinyl Cover: Extruded Aluminum 6063-T5, .060 wall thickness. Flat bar is a u-channel held in place with #8 x 5/8 square drive tek screws. Screws are 1-inch apart 6-inches from each corner and then 2-inches apart on rest of screen. A (1") vinyl cover is then snapped into the u-channel and conceals all screws.

I. Wire Mesh: .035 stainless steel wire natural or powder coat paint.

J. Hardware: Push button latch system with dead bolt, air cylinder, hurricane chain and screws needed to install. (2) dead bolts are then applied (1) 12" from top of door and (1) 12" from bottom of door.

K. Finish: Mill Finish, Bronze, White or special finish upon request.

L. Main Frame Filler: 1.043 x .786 x .125 I-Beam inserted into a 1.25 x 1.092 x .092 tubing. This filler is inserted into the main frame jambs of the door.
